MacAskill Mortgage & Insurance Services were established in 2003 by owner, John R MacAskill. After a successful career with Pearl Assurance followed by a few years as an Independent Financial Adviser, John decided to specialise in the Mortgage & Insurance arena.  The main aim of setting up this practice was to offer a highly professional & specialist service to private individuals and businesses alike.  MacAskill Mortgage & Insurance Services offer a Whole of Market mortgage advice offering along with researching insurance solutions from a range of insurers. Initially operating from the Isle of Harris we now have an office in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.  We mainly offer face to face advice with our clients in the comfort of their home or at their work if this is suitable. We offer daytime & evening appointments to make our service as flexible and accessible as possible. We cover the whole of Northern Scotland including the Isles. We believe in quality face to face advice at a time and place that is convenient to you, our clients.
